Pull back to a vast wide shot. The storm has reached its crescendo. All four beasts are now visible across the churning sea, each in its own quadrant of the frame, each illuminated by its own shaft of lightning: the lion on the far left, the lopsided bear beside it, the four-headed four-winged leopard hovering just above the waves, and the iron-toothed ten-horned horror towering over them all on the right. The four winds still spiral down from heaven at the four corners. The sea between them begins to surge in a great forward wave, and the beasts — sensing the same pull — turn as one toward the camera. Water sheets off their bodies. The sound design would be a single sustained roar from all four throats. Biblical, apocalyptic, overwhelming. Wide anamorphic composition, deep focus, painterly.
