For many years evangelists have used this passage from Luke's gospel (one of the 3 chapters that cover Christ's Great Eschatological Discourse) to indicate a total financial collapse - "distress of nations, with perplexity...Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth." One thing is certain - it will definitely happen!! And soon!
